Delivering Good News to the Nations

We believe in building up and encouraging national Pastors and all those who are serving in the local churches.  We do this by training and teaching through seminars and Pastor schools so that they can be the most effective pastors and leaders for their churches. We work with in-country missionaries who have established relationships with local pastors who have a desire to learn and grow in their biblical knowledge as well as their pastoral responsibilities. MCM assists in the setting up of Pastor Schools in an area where pastors can attend sessions that strengthen them in biblical content, pastoral care, and church growth.  We also help fund these schools, which includes traveling expenses, food, and lodging, for these pastors and leaders since many of the pastors would not be able to afford to attend without assistance.

MCM works with evangelists and missionaries to set up and conduct outreaches and crusades through the help of local churches and ministries that will reach the unreached.  We will help establish new church plants as well as enlarging the existing churches, in countries we have already visited such as Kenya, Tanzania, and Thailand to name a few,  but we are working in Ghana extensively and plan to minister in Bangladesh as well.  Outreaches and crusades win the lost but that is not the end as we will work with the local churches and ministries to make the new converts disciples as Jesus instructed us to do in Matthew 28:18. This coincides with the Pastors' Schools.

MCM will continue to assist in building projects by not only raising funds but also getting churches on board for financial assistance and developing “building teams” to use their building skills to bless ministries.  We are always looking for projects that we deem in line with the purpose and mission of this ministry. We enjoy taking teams of workers who want to use their gifts and talents for the Kingdom so look out for projects soon. We have worked on projects in Thailand, Kenya, and Mexico.  We currently have projects in Ghana and Mexico, and we are looking forward to establishing projects in Bangladesh soon.

COVID19 has shown the world that some societies are just one sickness away from devastation.  MCM wants to be an integral part in helping pastors and their flocks to be healthy and whole so that they may continue to thrive and move forward. If the church is not healthy, how can we reach the lost? We are finding ways to assist in areas that are having a difficult time through the chaos that has been brought on by this virus and other catastrophes.  We also have found areas that do not have fresh water and work with local leadership to get water to the area. We will raise funds to assist with food, water, and other humanitarian necessities as the needs are made known.  We have already been integral in assisting pastors in Nepal, Pakistan, South Africa, Jamaica, Bangladesh, and Kenya. 

As a former pastor of 29 years and having taken many missions trips during those years, we have a unique combination of skill sets and experiences to help churches in developing a missions mindset in the church, to grow and organize a missions program within the church, and to train people to conduct local, in-country, and international missions trips. We can lead teams to work on building projects, give people an opportunity to experience field missions, or have the privilege of working in an orphanage.

 We have developed a Missions Matrix to assist a church in choosing missions that fit the DNA of that particular church, and we also can develop leaders to take the missions program to its next level.   Jesus has commissioned us to give everyone the opportunity to accept Him as their Savior, so let's get to work fulfilling His mandate for the church and work toward reaching all who would know Him. There are many aspects of coaching that Mike and Jaida have the ability to cover that can assist you in growing in your church family and staff.  Their various experiences and life skills developed over many years in the church and outside the church can assist you as a pastor of a flock and for your church as a whole.  Mike has 29 years of pastoral experience with all that that entails.  He also has a Banking and Finance degree from the University of Mississippi and a Masters in Christian Leadership from Liberty University.  With his 10 years of banking experience and his many experiences of managing the finances of a growing, vibrant church and several building projects, he can help you and your church manage finances in these unprecedented times. 

Jaida has over 25 years of preschool experience having written the curriculum for our church's Preschool Department.  She also had the honor of overseeing the Women's Ministries as well as teaching, preaching, and conducting women's conferences all over the world.  Jaida is also a public school teacher of 20 years, working with at-risk students, and is a SAMHSA certified Trauma Informed Care trainer who has used this training to help her with her students at her school and to train other agencies and non-profit organizations to be more Trauma Informed. She is also a published author, Live Like Royalty.

Leadership is the key to any organization. John Maxwell says that everything rises and falls on leadership.  Our goal is to equip leaders as well as potential leaders with the knowledge and training to succeed regardless of the environment or circumstances.  We teach principles that build integrity, authenticity, strategies, and environment of teamwork.  Our goal is to help organizations and churches to create a pipeline of leadership that will reproduce and build a foundation to answer tomorrow's growth questions. From mentoring young pastors to leadership seminars to training related services, we bring a wealth of experience to the table that will benefit you and your church.

There are many areas of the US that have been heavily impacted by COVID19 and other catastrophes, and we have seen homelessness, anxiety, depression, and displacement among adults and children increase exponentially. MCM wants to always be sensitive to needs in our local communities, and we will continue to affect change so that people see the love of God manifested for them. We are deeply invested in many local non-profits who are making a difference in the community and are open to assist in disaster relief when these occur in our areal.
